Exploration of Author’s Voices

This project features three posters, each offering a unique interpretation of a single photo, showcasing the interplay of imagery, text, and layout.

The image, created by Koldo Huichi, caught my eye because of its striking details, negative space, and interesting background, making it a great base for the project. Initially, I struggled to find a good layout due to some burnout, but after stepping back for a bit, I was able to reset and come up with three distinct layouts that worked well with the text. I made sure to experiment more typographically, playing with size and font choice. I also wanted to use hierarchy to guide the viewer, making the titles stand outer the most, then leading to the smaller text. This project was a great opportunity, as it allowed me to experiment more with different layouts, fonts, and refine my typographic skills.
