Digital Photographic Series: Whispers from the Dreamscape

Meant to explore the nonsensical and often absurd nature of dreams, this photographic series is meant to relate to the viewer through this experience. 

Inspired by my love for surrealism, I invite my viewer to journey into this dreamlike world with me through black and white photos that delve into the unconscious. My goal was to connect with the viewer through the universal experience of dreaming, using black and white over color as if gazing upon old memories, evoking a sense of familiarity. I experimented with different editing features, bringing up the blacks and whites, playing with dehaze and clarity, and cropping to focus on certain aspects of the photo. I set the mood through light and shadows, emphasizing certain parts of an image to bring both in and out of focus.
